No Smoking Allowed.

Renters are required to rent for a minimum of one (1) week.

A damage deposit will be required for all renters.

A one time clean up fee of $85 will be charged per stay.

Sales Tax of 6% and a Florida Luxury Tax of 5% are added to the final rental cost.
